Universal 5/8” Pin Receiver Hitch Repair Kit

Quickly repair a damaged or worn-out trailer hitch receiver. While this size is compatible with most Super Duty, F-150, Silverado, and Ram full size trucks, referring to the dimension drawing and measuring your receiver is recommended.

• Improves strength and durability.
• Drilling the existing hole to 7/8" is required to install this product.
• Each weld washer will need to be fitted, aligned and welded in place.
• Removing material from the inside of the repair weld washer may be needed depending on the material thickness.
• In some cases, a longer 5/8" receiver hitch pin may be needed.
• Intended for 2” or larger trailer hitch receivers.

Tools Required

• Step drill bit
• Grinder
• Welder with capability of welding at least 1/4" steel
