What is our return policy?
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to errors in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of an incorrect product will also be accepted for full return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Any return for any other reason will be charged a 10% restocking fee and must be in like new condition. Refunds will be given up to 30 days of purchase. Any return after 30 days will be given store credit. No return is accepted after 90 days of purchase.
How do I return something to you guys?
Choose a box for your product. This can be either the box we sent it in or another. Include a note stating the reason for return, your name, order number, a good way to contact you, and whether or not you would like order replacements. Take the package to any shipping service (USPS, FedEx, UPS) it does not matter they all stop at our facility. Have them print you a label and ENSURE you receive a tracking number for your package. If the shipper loses your package we cannot give you your refund and you will need that tracking number to file a claim with them. Once you see your tracking number says delivered we will process your return according to the note that you left in the box. After that, you're all set!
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the product is defective or damaged upon your receipt, you do not have to pay return shipping and will receive a 100% refund; however, in any other instance, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Can I make exchanges?
As stated in the Return Policy, any product can be returned within 30 days. After 30 days, returned products that are in like-new condition can be returned for store credit up to 90 days from date of purchase.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept Cash, most debit and credit cards. There is not a surcharge for using a credit card to make purchases. Be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card company or bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in order processing. Your credit card will be billed upon placing the order.
Can I order by phone?
We are happy to receive your order by phone at 828-551-7616. If we do not answer right away, please leave a detailed message.
Do you have a store where I can order in person?
We prefer orders be placed by phone or on our website; however, if you wish to place an order at our production facility, please schedule your visit in advance.
How do I use coupon codes?
Coupon codes are added and applied in the online shopping cart. Locate the cart section labeled “Apply Coupon.” Enter your coupon code, and click “Apply.” Any discount or credit will be automatically reflected in your order cost.
How do I redeem a gift certificate?
When a Barnes 4wd Gift Card is purchased, the customer will be emailed a gift certificate code to be used in the coupon code location of the online shopping cart. Reference “How do I use coupon codes?” for specific instructions.
Are your products available wholesale?
Yes, Barnes products are available wholesale. Please create an account and fill out the request form that can be found in your account tab.
Can I track my order and/or check order status?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order while logged in to your account on our website.
Will I have to pay sales tax?
Barnes 4wd online store will automatically charge and withhold applicable sales tax for orders within areas that require and collect sales tax for online sales.
Are your website and online store secure?
Yes, our site is protected by Norton Secured through a validated Symantec SSL Certificate. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.
Which mail carrier do you use?
Customers have a choice between different transit times and we choose the carrier that will provide that transit time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. The shipping can be quoted in the checkout screen once an account is setup. Duties and fees will be charged during import that are separate from this shipping fee and will vary by area.
How long will it take to receive my order?
This is determined by the transit time that the customer picks at check out. We will ship your product as it becomes available. If your order is received on any major holiday, it will ship on the next business day. Please note: There may be times when the product you have ordered is out of stock and this can delay fulfillment. For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all of the products contained in an order at the same time. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you as an estimate only. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
