To apply for our dealer program, please email the following information to sales@barnes4wd.com with the subject line "Dealer Application":

  • A copy of your business license
  • Tax-exempt documentation (if applicable)
  • A link to your business website
  • Links to any social media pages associated with your business

This information helps us learn more about your company and the products and services you provide.

Drop Shipping Requirements
If you plan to drop ship orders, you must provide tax exemption certificates for each state in which you wish to be exempt from sales tax.

Third-Party Sellers
If you plan to sell our products through your own website or storefront, please let us know. We can provide a CSV catalog file to help you get started.

Please Note: Barnes 4WD does not authorize the sale of our products on third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms.

Before approval, you will need to create a standard customer account using the email address that will be used to place dealer orders.
