WELDERS KIT KEY FEATURES

  • Laser Cut and CNC bent here in North Carolina.
  • The same proven designs we have sold and ran for years, now offered in an affordable ready to weld option.
  • D-ring mounts are 3/4" thick with the edges cut on a radius being soft shackle compatible. The hole is 1" in diameter.
  • Main body is 3/16" steel that is bent here in house, unlike most other options on the market that require the customer to bend a relief cut and then weld a long seam. This helps with the excessive warping and blending in traditional DIY bumper kits.
  • Standard logo cutout is removed.

Used this as a base for a custom bumper build on my grand wagoneer. Love that Barnes offers diy weld kits. Helps save money and offers the ability to customize things if wanted. The whole kit went together easily and plenty beefy for I would imagine just about anything you could throw at it.
