TJ/LJ Rear Frame Tie in Bracket Set

Increasing the strength and rigidity of the rear frame section is recommended when adding bumpers with recovery points or built in tire carriers. This is simply done with a bolt on tie in bracket set. This bracket set combines a 3/8" outer bracket, 1/4" internal plate and grade 8 hardware. These Brackets are CNC laser cut and bent in the USA.

These Brackets are 3/8" thick and might not work with all aftermarket bumper hardware. Please verify your hardware is long enough during installation.

Excellent build quality and fast shipping! Was recommended to buy these and my first time purchasing from Barnes. I will be buying some of their armor for my Jeep too shortly.
Was super easy to install, put the bolt in the internal frame piece, slid it in the frame attached a telescoping magnet to it slid it up and it lined right up to the upper hole and used a second small magnet and pulled the bolt through, figured I would have fought the install but it took maybe 30 seconds a side.
I can put my spare on now without the bumper sagging. Awesome product.
