What is our return policy?
We do not accept bare metal product that has rusted.
We do not accept powder coated products that have damaged powder coating.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to errors in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of an incorrect product will also be accepted for full return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Any return for any other reason will be charged a 10% restocking fee and must be in like new condition. Also, if the return is not due to an order issue, the original shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will be given up to 30 days of purchase. Any return after 30 days will be given store credit. No return is accepted after 90 days of purchase.
How do I return something to you guys?
Choose a box for your product. This can be either the box we sent it in or another. Include a note stating the reason for return, your name, order number, a good way to contact you, and whether or not you would like order replacements. Take the package to any shipping service (USPS, FedEx, UPS) it does not matter they all stop at our facility. Have them print you a label and ENSURE you receive a tracking number for your package. If the shipper loses your package we cannot give you your refund and you will need that tracking number to file a claim with them. Once you see your tracking number says delivered we will process your return according to the note that you left in the box. This process can take a few business days, and you will get an email confirming your refund. After that, you're all set!
Can I Make Exchanges?
If you ordered a product that ended up not working for you, you may exchange it. If you plan on buying another product from us, we will waive the 10% restocking fee. If this is what you wish to do, go ahead and order your new product. Include a note in the package with your return with your new order number. Explain in this note that the product you ordered did not work for you and you made an exchange. Once we receive it, we will verify the order number and waive the restocking fee.
