Order Delivered Incomplete
Please refer to your shipping notification email for step by step instructions on how to resolve this issue. If you call us we still will ask you to complete this step, it is necessary to solve the problem correctly. After checking your spam folder if you have not received this email or deleted it please read over the instructions below. Amazon, EBay or third party customers need to handle these issues through the company the order was placed with.
- If you receive a damaged package, short shipment, or other issue please email email@example.com. We will need the part numbers and quantity of the items missing typed in the email. Please also attach several pictures of the package highlighting any damage or clear tape. Once we receive your email one or our representatives will reach out to you within one business day.
- All package damage, shortages and other order issues must to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. (pictures of packaging and items are required) Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we use this data to improve our practices and process damaged package claims when needed. No claims or damaged package replacements can be processed on order issues reported after 48-hours of delivery.
